Applicants for Financial Services and Contract Management
Women who have at least three years of full-time, post-degree (undergraduate or above) professional experience and have taken a hiatus from the workforce for two or more years are eligible to apply. There are not currently any financial services or contract management positions available in the US. Please check back often, however, as we expect to post more soon.

If you meet these requirements, please proceed to the first step in the application process listed below.

First Step

Before starting the application form, please review the Available Positions (see tab in the upper right corner of this page).

  • Law firm applicants: If there are no positions in the jurisidiction(s) in which you are licensed, please do not submit an application at this time. The positions are constantly changing as the participating law firms fill open positions and add new ones, so we recommend that you check back often.
  • If you see an available position in a location in which you do not currently live, please only apply for that position if you are able to relocate at your expense. Fellowships do not provide for relocation expenses.

Second Step
Once you have verified that there is an open position that interests you, please create an account (see bottom right corner of this page) to start the application form. Creating an account, which includes setting up a username and password, will allow you to save and return to your application form as needed throughout the process.  The form will likely take 30-45 minutes to complete.  You will be asked for information on your schooling, work history, background, and future career aspirations, and to submit a current resume.

After you have submitted your application form, a Fellowship representative will contact you within two to three business days to confirm receipt of your completed application and inform you of next steps.

Overview of Next Steps & Important Notes:

(1)  This form is the first step in the OnRamp application process. Other steps include completing the online skills and writing assessments (US$175 fee for assessments paid by the applicant), as well as participating in one to two interview meetings.

Please note: The skills and writing assessments are an essential component of the application process;  they provide us (and you) with in-depth information about your skills, so we can better understand your strengths.  You will receive a comprehensive multi-page report with your results as well as developmental tips to assist in your career development efforts.

(2)  Completing the application process does not guarantee an offer or employment with any of the organizations participating in the Fellowship.

(3)  Law firm applicants must be admitted to the state bar in the jurisidiction in which they are seeking a Fellowship position.
Legal department applicants can be licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction.
